When price is between invalidation and the buy-confirmation level, the buy setup is not confirmed. Wait for price to break above the marked confirmation level before considering an entry.
If you choose to open a buy position after confirmation, the chart’s target price is your planned take-profit (TP), and its invalidation level is your planned stop-loss (SL). Set your position size and risk before entering.
If price reaches or falls below invalidation, do not open a new trade based on that buy scenario. Wait for updated analysis. If you already have a position open, follow your stop-loss plan.
These steps describe a buy scenario. For a sell scenario, reverse the direction and use its marked levels. A wave projection without an explicit confirmation level is not, by itself, a confirmed entry. Confirmation does not guarantee the target will be reached.
