What is measured
With your consent, a random browser identifier records visited pages, referrer and campaign labels, device and browser type, approximate connection country, active time, shopping actions, app launches and supported install events. If you sign in, this activity may be linked to your account. Private record identifiers and query strings are excluded.
Email and notifications
With analytics consent, we measure supported push display receipts, link clicks and email image loads. These signals do not prove that a person read a message. Login-code emails contain no tracking pixel. Marketing email requires a separate opt-in in your account settings.
What is excluded
Passwords, Investor credentials, payment form content, chat prompts, uploaded charts and support message content are not included in behavioral reports. Raw IP addresses are not stored in this analytics system. Connection country is estimated locally and can differ when using a VPN.
Control and retention
Behavioral records are held on ATAI infrastructure for up to 365 days. Necessary financial and security records are maintained separately. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected for optional analytics.
