Use the economic calendar to identify a release, its currency and its displayed time. Check the timezone and event details rather than assuming your broker clock matches the calendar. Selected high-impact releases may have additional ATAI News Intelligence reports; not every calendar entry has the same report coverage.
A pre-release scenario describes an outlook before the announcement. A post-release review describes what was recorded afterward. Keep those two timestamps separate when evaluating the report. A scenario is not a guarantee, and a later market move does not establish why a release caused it.
ATAI release reviews can distinguish the largest move in a predicted direction from the final price at the end of a 30-minute or 60-minute window. Those measurements answer different questions. Check the report labels, direction, units and available sample count before comparing events.
When event history is available, examine both upward and downward moves rather than selecting only examples that support an idea. Market conditions, spreads and liquidity can differ between releases. A small historical sample can be unstable and does not establish the probability of a future outcome.
A news alert is a notification, while an analysis report adds context around a release. The ATAI News Alert EA does not place trades. Alerts depend on connectivity and platform configuration, so check the installation instructions. Use a trading journal to record your own decisions around releases and review them later.
