Capture one chart with the instrument symbol, timeframe, price scale and time axis visible. Keep enough candles to show the structure you want to examine. If you use indicators, make their names and values readable. A heavily compressed image or a crop that hides the scale can make levels difficult to interpret.
The ATAI upload interface accepts JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 8 MB. Review the image before sending it. Crop out account numbers, private messages and unrelated information while retaining the chart labels. Avoid combining many small charts in a single image when your question concerns one timeframe.
For example, ask which visible swing points support the current structure, or which support and resistance zones are relevant to the displayed range. Include the instrument and timeframe in your question if the labels are unclear. Explain which observation you want to check rather than asking for a guaranteed outcome.
Chart Analyst uses the image and context you supply, not a live price feed. Check the chart timestamp, quoted levels and the reasoning in the answer. A screenshot may already be out of date when market conditions change. Image interpretation can miss details, so verify important observations on your own platform.
Record the question you asked and what you later observed. The trading journal can help you keep trade reasoning and results together. Economic news may add context that a screenshot does not contain; review the calendar separately. Product access and daily request allowances are listed on the Chart Analyst page.
