The checklist score measures matching conditions, not win probability. Displayed entries, SL, TP and lot sizes are analytical references. The assistant never sends an order or places protective stops at your broker.

What this assistant does

ATAI Structure & Volume Assistant v1.07 is a chart-analysis Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 desktop. It combines confirmed breaks of structure (BOS), liquidity sweeps, fair value gaps (FVG), higher-timeframe premium / discount context, retracement entry references and volume-profile context.

It does not open, modify or close trades. A BUY or SELL label is an analytical setup direction, not an executed order. A displayed stop-loss or target is not a broker-side protective order. You decide whether to trade and place and manage any orders yourself.

This edition retains the original v1.07 chart behaviour, white / charcoal / gold theme and colours. MT4, the MetaTrader mobile app and ATAI’s installed web app cannot run this desktop EA.

Install and activate on MT5

  1. Choose a 30-day or 90-day licence. When payment is confirmed, open your ATAI account → Services and bind your licence to the exact MT5 account number and broker server shown in your terminal. You do not need to provide your trading password.
  2. Download the compiled ATAI_Structure_Assistant_MT5_v1_07.ex5 from Account → Downloads. In MT5 choose File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts and copy the file there. Refresh Expert Advisors in Navigator or restart MT5.
  3. Open the symbol and timeframe you want to analyse. Attach the assistant to a separate chart; MetaTrader permits one EA per chart. Do not replace an EA managing open positions on another chart.
  4. Paste your ATAI licence ID into InpLicenseID. Under Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, allow WebRequest for https://atai.ca, then confirm. DLL imports are not required.
  5. Keep MT5 connected to your broker and the internet. Wait for licence verification and history/tick synchronisation. Confirm the panel shows the intended symbol, analysis timeframe and higher-timeframe context before reading a setup.

Your account-bound ATAI licence

The monthly option is USD 99 for 30 days. The three-month option is USD 250 for 90 days. Each licence covers one MT5 account and broker-server binding. Purchases are fixed-term access, with manual renewal rather than an automatic recurring charge.

Choose an existing licence when renewing, or a new licence for another account. The current Structure Assistant policy permits two account rebindings after the first binding. A renewal extends access; it does not create a second simultaneous account slot.

Online licence checks confirm your subscription and registered MT5 account. You need an ATAI licence for this edition. An expired or invalid licence, account mismatch or unavailable verification service pauses the analytical display once its existing lease expires. The assistant does not manage trades, so it cannot protect or close positions during that pause.

Online verification is required. MT5 Strategy Tester does not provide the normal WebRequest workflow; start by checking installation on a demo account.

Structure, timeframes and the four-part checklist

The analysis timeframe follows the chart. A higher timeframe is selected automatically for premium / discount context. Confirmed swings use five closed candles on each side, so structural confirmation necessarily arrives after the swing itself. The engine reviews up to 2,400 bars with a 14-period ATR reference.

A confirmed break of structure contributes 25 points. A qualifying liquidity sweep, fair value gap and higher-timeframe premium / discount alignment can each add another 25. The checklist is frozen at setup confirmation and is a confluence score, not a probability of success. Volume Profile is separate context and does not add checklist points.

The default minimum plan score is 50/100. You can choose 25, 50, 75 or 100 in Inputs. A higher threshold requires more matching conditions and can reduce how often a plan appears. On the monthly chart MT5 has no higher timeframe; unavailable context must not be interpreted as a failed market condition.

Read the 67% / 75% plan and PASSED setups

When a setup is confirmed and qualified, the assistant displays retracement entry references at 67% and 75% of its structure range, together with its stop and target references. These percentages describe retracement prices; they are separate from the checklist score.

Displayed position-size estimates use the original 1% account-balance idea-risk model, divided equally between the two entry references. They depend on broker contract specifications, price distance, tick value and available data. They do not place an order, account for every execution cost or guarantee that a manually placed trade risks exactly that amount.

Pending entry eligibility expires after 192 closed analysis bars by default. An already observed entry follows the existing tracking rules through its stop or target. Broker ticks and connection availability affect what can be observed; a chart label is not evidence that an actual order filled.

Version 1.07 retains the latest qualified setup’s original prices and checklist after it expires, completes or passes. Historical lines are dashed and the chart and panel say “Setup passed - wait for a new setup”. Do not treat these old levels as a new entry. A newer confirmed qualified setup replaces the previous display together.

Changing symbol or timeframe resets that chart context. The extra retained-display cache is memory-only, so an unpublished historical display may need to be rediscovered after restart; published tracking records have a separate local state file.

Volume profile and on-chart controls

The default profile uses broker quote-tick activity, not centralised exchange volume or total global market volume. It uses 80 price rows, a 70% value area, the point of control (POC) and bounded low-volume-node zones. Broker history, tick coverage and instrument specifications affect the result.

The structure profile is shown initially. The panel also offers session, daily, weekly and a draggable manual time-range profile. Use the profile controls on the chart to select the context you want; historical structure context follows the retained qualified setup. The LVN control changes visibility of low-volume zones.

PROFILE shows or hides profile context, LEVELS controls trade-plan references, and FVG controls imbalance drawings. Collapsing the side panel or hiding a layer does not change the analysis into an order-execution strategy.

The default session boundaries are 00:00 UTC for Asia, 08:00 UTC for London and 13:00 UTC for New York; these fixed boundaries do not automatically follow daylight-saving changes. Broker UTC offset is detected in live use. Tick processing is incremental, and ranges over the fixed 30-day limit show a warning rather than silently truncating a profile.

Fixed defaults, alerts and local state

The remaining original engine parameters stay fixed in this edition: chart-following analysis timeframe, automatic higher-timeframe context, 5-bar swing depth, 2,400-bar history, 14-period ATR, original sweep/FVG filters, 1% balance-based idea-risk display, tick-activity profile, 80 profile rows and a 70% value area. The theme, Arial font and chart layout retain the v1.07 defaults.

Popup and mobile push alerts are disabled in this edition’s fixed settings. The chart display remains the primary output. Buying an ATAI licence does not enable phone notifications or turn the assistant into a trade copier.

The ATAI edition stores published tracking under MQL5/Files/AtaiStructure105, scoped to the account, broker server, symbol and chart context. This state is not a licence and cannot grant access. Avoid deleting it while you want to preserve published tracking history.

Troubleshooting

Licence not active: check the licence ID, subscription dates, exact account/server binding, internet connection and the https://atai.ca WebRequest permission. Arka IDs are not interchangeable with ATAI IDs.

No qualified plan: wait for confirmed closed-candle structure, load enough history and check the minimum score. The engine does not promise a fresh setup on every candle. A forming or below-threshold candidate should not erase the last qualified display.

Old levels still visible: look for PASSED and “Setup passed - wait for a new setup”. That retained view is intentional in v1.07.

Profile loading or unavailable: allow the broker’s ticks to synchronise, review the selected time range and check the history/data status. Broker data gaps cannot be repaired by the assistant.

Panel looks crowded: enlarge the chart, adjust width/height, collapse the panel or hide unused layers. Colours and the original theme are unchanged from v1.07.

No orders appear in the Trade tab: this is expected. The assistant never submits or manages trades.

Use the analysis with care

Test on a demo account and verify the displayed prices and instrument contract details before making a trading decision. Analysis, scores, historical labels and position-size estimates are informational; none guarantees an outcome.

Markets can gap, spreads can widen, data can be incomplete, and a manually placed order can execute away from its displayed reference. You remain responsible for orders, actual protective stops, position sizing and resulting gains or losses. No backtest or live profitability claim is made for this branded release.
